chain noise at start up

Mine also sounds TERRIBLE when i start it up in the morn. Stock S14 KA24 setup with original timing chain at around 180,000km.

I'm at 192,000km and the noise has come and gone...the car is off the road now, the kit Ivan mentioned above is definatly on the to do list this winter...its not all that expensive, the peice of mind factor is enough for me!

am going to do this upgrade soon after i get the body work done and get the car painted, right now it's sitting peacefully in my garage. it does not get driven very much and when i do drive it am not to much up on racing on the road.
