I dont really consider this a meet but I was just throwing out the fact there is a auto-x this sunday (late notice I know since Ive known about it since before the 2/23rd event hehe) at Brevard community college.

Normally I wouldnt have posted except I saw the orlando spot meet topic (and the auto-x vid) and saw a few local residents.

Its a great time to come out and safely show how bada** or how slow you really are :) Anyway Im fiending to go as I got to last months late and didnt get to run, so its now been 2 months without running, and its starting to show in my street driving hehe

Anyway info is: (cfl site may be down still so here are the links)

BCC directions and info page:http://www.cfrscca.org/schedule/Sites/bcc.htmlMarch 16th info page:http://www.cfrscca.org/schedul...3.pdfMarch 16th course map:http://www.cfrscca.org/schedul...3.pdf

If you go, show up early so that you have ample time to walk the track and ask questions. Walk the track prior to the novice walk and think of what youll do, chances are the novice inst. will tell you different and hopefully will get you thinking more hehe..

I hope its alright to post this here but if not well um move it hehe I didnt think 2 days was enough time for in the meets section.

I see how it is.... I know no one attended as I was the sole 240 out there.... Anyway it was a nice track, well staffed as always, and perfect weather.

I ran novice again as Im not quite ready to run sts and get my a** handed to me, plus it was my fifth and free event so why not.

Um there where 93 racers, and 19 iirc in the N-street class. In the end the 240 showed decently placing 4th (first trophy woohoo) in the class, getting beat by a 00 miata, new supercharged mini, and an 87 or so turbo II rx-7. I had fourth on the 3rd run then got pushed by the 2nd placers son driving the mini as he got a 37.7 on his fourth and final run to my third of 37.9, but regained 4th on my next run with a 37.4 :)

Damn auto transmission gave me nothing but hassles in two key parts of the track where slapping it in first wasnt so easy. But I still had a blast even with my lil' slush box, and having woken up 3 times in the 2 hrs of sleep I managed to get last night...

Mabey one time Ill be able to run fully rested... Still havent yet and average 2 - 3 hrs of sleep prior with my least being a Jan (iirc) event on 30 mins of sleep hehe

BTW next ones at Valencia on I think the 6th :)

Yeah I know but it was posted 2 days prior to the event. Wasnt really planning on a meet for the event just a quick heads up...

A local member was going to go after I told him about it, but was unable to and mentioned attending the next one...

My girl allways attends and my best frind as well has started attending with his Z32. Unfortunately he blew out #2 domestic racing in georgia (1320) so he took the beat to hell nissan corolla (dont ask) and tore it up... Some of the funniest s*** ive seen in a while... Hmmm I gotta watch the vid now hehe..

Ill post the next ones info in the meets. My grandfather may attend it as well HAHA but he'll be in an altima so good times..
