I cant tell if thats a compliment or a jab at me.

Honestly, I am really not spending too much money on the car. Everything is on a budget. It helps that I run Sound Performance and pay cost for my parts. It helps that I can do the work myself and have the fabrication skills and tools to make whatever I want for my car. There is a reason for everything I am purchasing on the car. The CF trunk lid is because of the rear bars on the cage. They come thru the speaker holes and hit the springs that keep the trunk up. I took them off and found that the trunk lid is quite heavy and I didnt want to deal with that every time I put gas in the car, checked the battery, played with the parachute mount, etc. A carbon fiber trunk lid will save weight and make things easier on me. Its also legal for the NDRA Turbo 4 class I will compete in.

I am trying to build a car that will dominate Turbo 4. I am trying to do it with the USDM 240sx motor. I am trying to keep the car viable for street use. I am trying to build a car that looks good and that I am proud of. I am trying to build a car that other KA-T owners can look up to and make them feel proud that they chose a KA-T instead of going SR. I am sure that I havent offended anybody in any way.
