whats the difference between ceramic and stainles steel downpipe? is there any difference in performance?

WTF, there is no such thing as a ceramic downpipe. Do you mean cermamic gasket or ceramic coated downpipe or something?

when i said ceramic coating i was talking about the Greddy 3 inch downpipe Coated Mild Steel

except you did not say ceramic coating but ceramic downpipe. If the price is right and the coating is well done (inside & out), i'd go w/the ceramic coated one.
