yes i did used the search button but couldnt find answers for these questions. i am driving a stock 240. i need a new clutch. i am getting a very good deal on ceramic clutch. is it better than the exedy stage 1 clutch or should i just get the ceramic one. is ceramic clutch feel different than the exedy clutch. what are the advantages and disadvantages of the ceramic clutch. i am planning to start going to the track after the clutch and some minor modifying. other than that its an every day car. some touge on the weekend. any advice will be appreiciated.

ceramic clutchs are hard and long lasting, but is more expensive and does not cushion clutch engagement. they are more for racing applications rather than smooth daily driving.

If its your daily driver you should stay away from those types of clutches. The most aggressive clutch i would run on a street/strip car would be a 6 puck, and even that gets tiresome in traffic. You gotta think i mean if its your daily driver you want something thats not gona be a PITA.
