Central NJ: Garage for rent?

I have a friend with a 240sx, and this friend wants to do a sr20 swap.i have the tools and skills to do said swap, but not the space. Does anyone have a space we can rent for a month or two? We are looking to pay maybe $100-> $150 bucks a month.The only requirement is that it is someone secure and protected from rain/snow/sleet and stuff.

The goal would be to pick up the SR20 from ware ever we buy it from, prep it in the space, collect the parts, then pull his KA, and do the swap in as little time as posable, then clean up and leave.

you still need a garage? my uncle has a garage in plainfield and might be willing to help out, however this may require a little cleaning let me know 908 462-2653

is it like a stand along garage or part of a workshop?

Also, would we have access all the time, or just when your uncles home? like is it part of his house?
