Central Multi-Function Display Not Working

My wife has a 2011 Infiniti G25 Sedan. A few weeks before the car battery ended up dead, the central multi-function display stopped working properly. The main menu is in setup mode now, AND in Japanese! Before the battery went totally dead, the setup menu was still in English and we tried to go through the setup screens but the options just sent us in circles where we ended up back at the main setup menu. Additionally, while the backup camera does still work when the car is in reverse, the warning guide is no longer in color (it doesn't show the yellow caution and red caution lines). Any ideas about what's going on or how to resolve??

Have the dealer do a reset
