Lol Well thanks for making me realize that the best part of my 240 so far is the clutch... which does not say much for my car!

I will ask you along with the many others I have bothered. I'm trying so so so hard to remove my intake and exhaust manifold from my block. I have the exhaust about 90% off with the exception of the EGR pipe which seems rusted together. I think I have the Intake manifold about 70% removed for the simple fact that I have all the bolts out but she is not movin anywhere. Would you have any idea what I could be missing on the intake manifold? Thanks for all the time and effort.

well on the exhaust just bolt it back on slightly and then use a propane torch and some penetrating fluid and a pair of vise grips or channel locks. it should come off. and for the intake. it is a pain in the butt as far as i know. there are a few mounts on the bottom of it that bolt to the block. those need to come off and as for the rest should just be hoses and should be basic

Okay I will try rebolting the exhaust to the manifold. Maybe thats why I cannot get a grip on the bolt. And this will sound really stupid but I know righty tighty, lefty loosey but I just want to make sure I'm crankin this b**** the right way. If you or anyone has a S13 KA24DE could you guys check and confirm that the nut needs to be turned left towards the rear wheels.

did you spray it with penitrating fluid then heat it up. and repeat the process a couple times. you kinda burn off the oil then use the oil to cool it down and do that like 3 times. it should work and also maybe you can hit your vice grips with a hammer. to get the blunt force on there.
