Center support bearing on driveshaft

Car: 1991 nissan king cab pick up

on 91 ext cab pick up hard body. Anyone replace this bearing? is it a do it yourself thing or is it pressed on the shaft? Or can I get a new bearing and remove shaft and install new one myself? Thanks in advance for any info.
