center force clutch Dual Friction Clutch?

my buddy was telling me that center force dual friction clutch could rune my drive train, cause of the harsness of the shift. is this true? I have a 92 coupe w/just a aem intake.

i have the centerforce dual friction clutch on my '89 and it is anything but harsh.

if you get it, just make sure you break it in properly.

I have that clutch on my SR, and I'll tell you how I like when I get it running. I heard that it could mess up your flywheel, but I decided to disregard those comments.... I'll take my chances.
