03 M45 here. The car is in perfect condition. Only compliant is when going over bumps (any size) the center console where the storage compartments are, rattles. Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it? Is it just some screws that need tightening?

On my 2003 Infiniti M45, I had a similar rattle (albeit very minor) ... the dealer fixed it under warranty. I don't know exactly what they did. I assume some tightening because it did not take long at all.

I figured out what the problem was. There are 2 little rubber stopper things that must have fell off on the main lid. I just need to find new ones and replace it.

I think Home Depot has some, they are clear, and come in a few sizes. Cheap too, just a few bucks. I used something simular to what I think your looking for on some cabnet drawers to get them to not bang when closed. I think you will find what you need there;tk

Howdy Neighbor! El Paso Texas here...Had the same problem. The dealer replaced the rubber stoppers and (believe it or not) put a strip of clear tape over the middle mechanism that catches the armrest. I couldn't believe it 3m tape on a $46K car (when new of course).Another annoying quirk: In the winter months the rear view mirror will rattle. It's a piece of plastic on the back and all I do is pull it towards me and it stops.JJR

The dealer has the rubber stoppers on order. I peaked at the price and they were like 5 bucks. I'll buy the part and intall it myself. It looks very simple. I don't want any 3M tape either.
