They don't show the shifter knob, but if it's an automatic you pull down the skirt underneath the knob and you'll find a horseshoe spring clip. Keep a hand in front of it when removing, we call them "Jesus Christ clips" because that's what you'll cuss if it pops out and flies across the garage. Once the knob is off, use a plastic prybar to remove the top cover of the console 21, it's only held in by pawls. Then remove two screws and pop off side panels 18 and 22. After that you should be able to remove the front and rear console screws and pop it loose or out.
