Has anyone else had a problem with the lack of armrest for the driver? Does anyone know if Nissan could somehow do a custom rebuild for my center console so the armrest would extend further forward and possibly even be raised?

Go talk to a custom automotive upholstery shop. They are better equipped to handle your request.
