No idea this thread got revived.

I have been in contact with a few people that are in the process of trying to take legal action (about 4, 3 of them through reading this), but as far as I know nothing has happened yet.I do however know where he lives, and if I ever go near that part of Florida again (family lives close) I will drop by and suprize the eThug.

He has ripped off 2 or so people by taking deposits on Evos and that's as far as the import process went.

Carsunld32 purchased the black R34 GTT that Frank is standing infront of in the pics. He had 0 problems dealing with Frank and Evolution Imports, and has had 0 problems with the car. I am considering purchasing a R34 GTT now also because of how much I like his car, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy one from Frank/Evolution Imports, because of the good experiance my friend had.

I joined on 9/29 and so did my friend, because in the process of looking for a R34 GTT, I came across this thread, and decided to let my friend see what was being said about the person he bought his car from.

I'll save you some trouble, friend. Unless you can find an R34 that was grandfathered in from pre-closure MotoRex, don't bother looking any further.

LOL

And yet the morons STILL haven't answered any of the questions I asked them in the other thread.

If you're a new member signing up JUST to post some lame supporting comments on this 'tard, save your effort. We don't care.

Be advised I'm in close contact with some of E.I.'s old "associates", who are more than happy to tell me ALL about the REAL story behind these wannabe "importers".

idiot. how are we to know who the **** you are. coming here and making an outrageous outburst like that. just because you had "good experience" with him doesnt mean ****. The nico members are good people who are very helpful. why bring up an old thread if you just do business. you must be involved with them some how.

Frank is a clown.

You are, apparently, also a clown.

110,000 members seem to disagree with your assessment.

Therefore, you fail (not only as a judge of character, but also at providing us with any meaningful point to support your ignorant statements).

Feel free to suck somewhere else.

I can personally say a vastly large percentage of one of the smallest car communities in the U.S. has delt with Frank and there's nothing but good to be said about him. Frank will go out of his way to help someone out.

It's a shame so many chose to jump on the band wagon and bash Frank.

No offense, V - I'm sure some have had good interactions with him. But he made his bed.

Feel free to research his posts here and his inability to discuss importation without getting his fallopian tubes in a knot.

And who is this friend of yours?? real friend you are that you didnt even help him out!!
Frank's post here seems to contradict his jibberish above:

http://forums.evolutionm.net/e...05477

His history of admitted "shill bidding" on ebay auctions tells me all I need to know about his character. If he's "hooked up" a Skyline owner or two, that's good for them - It doesn't sway my position. I'm not the one who's been hauled into court.

Anyhow, this thread has been brought back into the limelight... Not because of ol' Frankie, but because Mr. Burdette is seeking to clear his name.

Personally, I have no issue with him, and I don't think any of the members here do either. But if you do, or you know of any outstanding issues that Mr. Burdette needs to resolve to clear his name, please advise.

Thanks all.
