cellphone or pda consult tool

My cellphone contract is up and im looking to find a cellphone or pda that i can running any kind of consult software with it. Has anyone ever heard of doing this or know what phones or software is able to do this . It would be a lot easier to look off of my pda or cellphone instead of trying to manage a laptop while driving.

youll need a pocket pc/windows mobile (pref 2003+) with a serial port.blazt make a charger/serial cable for ipaqs that makes everything easier (ie all you need is ipaq->blazt ipaq cable->blazt serial consult interface->car)
