has anyone experienced bad cell phone reception in thier 2012 Coupe with nav? Both the Iphone 4 and 5 get terrible reception. I have had in the shop 3 times with no resolution

Our systems have a known issue with Iphones, we've had Bluetooth problems that have bricked our nav units. Request your nav unit software not maps be updated if it hasn't been already. There is a TSB concerning the update.
