I've checked for codes on the ECU and it said 55 (Good to go). But for the past four years the CEL will start flashing erratically and not in any type of sequence. Some times it don't flash at all for a couple days. When I have to drive her car it drives me crazy. The car runs just fine. No problems with starting running or anything.

What is causing this? Like I said there are no codes! Thanks for your help with this. Jerry/

I replaced the O2 sensor a few years back to get the light to go away and stop flashing. Could it be that there is more than one?

Is there any way you could check for codes when the light is actually on?

I think so. It will take for me to be standing on my head in the floor of the car while the wife is driving but yes, I think I can do it.

I'll post up after I get a chance to do it and let you know what I find.
