CEL going on and off

For some odd reason when i start my car almost every time the check engine light comes on. Once i warm the car up and drive it, it will shut off and not ever really come back on. Would the check engine light go on if i was missing my reverse sensor on the transmission?..i doubt it but someone suggested it..also im running sti injectors, z32 maf and a t3/t4 60 trim with a rom tune.
