CEL fun 8 codes out of the blue

so i took the car out to pick up my son 30 min round trip and every thing was fine sept i had a low idle. but no CEL untill 3 hours later when i go to move the car up in my drive way. so i checked the codes and this is what came of checking them

67 - cyl #2 missfire 71 - random missfire 76 - fuel injection system 105 - egr soleniod 24 - IACV 66 - cyl #3 missfire 33 - front o2 sensor 34 - knock sensor

I never knew that much could go wrong with a car that fast. is there any like one thing that could cause all the problems

some of those codes can couse the others, id say diag the misfires, fix it, then check for codes again

but when the car was running and even after i checked the codes and started it i couldnt notice a misfire to diag.

How is the battery in the car?

well its a lawn mower battery it seems to be in good shape charge wise i have yet to check the charge...

i didnt think you could use lawn mower batterys. I thought those batterys couldnt take the same charge as a car

i didnt think so either but hell idk maybe when i get paid ill have some extra money to get a battery and that will fix the probs im having because im having shoulder surgery on thursday and the car has to running by then. i wont be able to work on it any and it has to be able to take me to and from physical therapy(spelling???). i dont have any other cars to drive and i dont have any friends that know anything about 240s or even KAs at that

i would try using one of your friends car batteries

im going to try that a little bit later... but now things have gotten weird

i swap the iacv with an extra one that i had. now im down to one code which is 25 iacv. but here is were it gets weird when i start the car no CEL put it in gear to drive it to the store and from idle to about 1200 no CEL. from 1200 to 2k CEL. from 2100 to about 3k no CEL. once above 30MPH no CEL at all
