CD009 SickSpeed Gearbox 5th gear issue

Greetings everyone,

I normally spend all my time on the forum in the Q45 section. Now I'm building a 240SX with a 2J swap, and I have a question regarding the notorious CD009 gearbox.

When the CD009 has an issue of jumping out of 5th gear, is this a common problem, and can it be fixed?

If you can find a late 05+ trans, it's not an issue.
