oh man talk about cd players......i had a tape deck that i wanted out. so when i bought an used panasonic from a friend. this is for my 91 240sx btw. everything was fine. until the screw, that screw f__kin broke on me, and the all other screws that are connected to the tape deck. im like what the hell. so i couldnt get the tape deck out. so i had to remove the bottom part out. and now my car has a non working tape deck, and at the bottom is the cd player. sucks big time....im planning to drill the hell out the screw so the tape deck will come off. but im too lazy to go through that. anyone had this problem? haha
OMG that happened EXACTLY to me. funny thing i also have a panasonic deck! this one screw in the harness started to strip when i put presure on it, i took it to a shop and they completely stripped it smooth, saying that they had never seen a screw so dug in. My deck also is on the bottom now- iv seen other harnesses for sale but im too lazy and now im used to the position (a finger flick away with hand on shifter) But thats odd that problem is not unique
