My CD player will not suck in CD disk any longer on my 06 Murano.

Has anyone had their CD repaired and how much was the cost?

Try resetting the unit. If it is a factory unit, this may require disconnecting either the battery or, if you want, remove the unit and unplug the harness from the back of the unit. Let it sit for a couple minutes, then re connect cables.

I have the same problem with my 06 Murano cd player. It slowly stopped working. First it would make this clicking noise then it wouldn't eject the disk. It took me forever to get that disk out. I have called the dealership and they don't know anything...SHOCKER! I am planning to call Clarion to see if there are any options. I know that they offer a trade in type program but the cost for the radio is $350. I thought about salvage yard replacements but there is a lot of negativity on the internet about after market players and I can't locate a dash installation kit anywhere. I have had several Nissan's and this is very frustrating. Had speaker trouble with the Altima I traded for this Murano. If anyone has any suggestions, please advise.

Nissan CD players are notorious for this. I went through several in my 02 Xterra.
Salvage yards are another option in seeking a replacement.
