My cd player says cd error fo .......so I wanna buy a aftermarket cd player....but my question is there a way that I can still be a able to use the steering wheel controls like for volume and stuff? and do you guys know where I can get the kit cheap?

Try searching the board...this is a common issue with the 03-04 G35s. To go aftermarket, you have to replace the inner brackets, AC controller, and the outside finisher..plus a new head deck/speakers. If you want to use the steering wheel, you have to get an adapter...PAC makes one I believe.
