CD player stuck?

This weekend I was given a new battery, so my mother insisted my father to install it, and as i know that the radio and saved radio station will be reseted. Everything work fine except the 6 CD changer...Once switch over to play CD it says CD 1 eject, and nothing comes out. huh?

It will stay in that postition until i switch back over to Radio. I try pressing "load or "eject" again, but nothing doesnt seem to work.

My question is how can i reset it? taking back out the battery?Anyone had this problem?

What year Pathy? You know there is a long history of problems with the 6-cd changer in the 01-02 models, right?

Get a new cd player, aftermarket.......
