CD player not workin'

ok well i know jack **** about car audio systems, and you can seriously tell by my car that i don't really care either, but anyways my aftermarket cd player wouldn't even turn on for a while, until i figured out that i needed to buy an antenna adaptor, which cost me seventeen furkin bucks. ok well that makes it turn on, but now no sound is coming out of the speakers. i don't think it's my connections, unless there's faulty connections in the harness or head unit. i still have 3 wires still not connected to anything from the harness. these are the relay wires that dim the display, but i don't need those cause the cd player doesn't dim or have those slots open for the wires even, and then there's the blue wire that turns on an amp. i don't think i need this one cause i only have those tiny factory amps, and not an aftermarket amp, but if i'm blatantly doing something wrong someone please tell me. thanks

Those "tiny factory amps" are still amps. You need to turn them on in order to use them. The input from the radio is a dead circuit if they're off. Hook up the remote wire, or bypass them completely.
