CD Player for 03 G35 Sedan displaying "CD ERR"?

Does anyone know what this means and how to get the CD player to work again. Thanks P.S. I am new and just learing how this forum works.

First off is there cds in it? if there is dont even bother on trying to save them. i had the same problem thecds got stuck inside there was six cds in it. i guess it happens to all in dash cd chanders. 3 of the cds got stuck and it would display wat ur seeing i went to my firend whois good at taking steroes apart. he took it apart and i poped it back in an it was still broke. but it could be another roblem hat ur hving but thats wat happen to me my advice s to go to mp3cr.com and get one of those thing to connect n after market steroe to ur car for pic go to the threde about cheap alt. to crappy bose system and u'll se pics of what i did. and if i spelled anything wrong sorry but im using hospital screen which has really small fonts and i can bearly see

i wouldn't mess with it at all or your dealer won't warranty the audio unit which is like 4 g's. sometimes you cant get the cds out so when the dealer sends it to clarion and they get the cd's out they mail them back to the dealer.

Any reccomendation for aftermarket Stereo systems? My main concern is changing the look of the console because I like the way it looks. Thanks for your help.

You have to buy a replacement console and a replacement AC control board to use an aftermarket head deck. The console looks the same.
