CD in stock HU

Well i changed my old HU out for a new one and i forgot i left a Cd in my stock HU if anyone can help me get it out with out rehooking it back up to the car it would be gr8!

I'm not sure if you're going to be able to do that without giving it some juice or taking it completely apart. Sorry, but I did this as well, luckily my CDs were just copies, so it wasn't a big deal at all.

Maybe you can get by with just supplying 12VDC power to the HU using some temporary leads from you car battery. Got some gator clips handy?

Just buy a new copy. WHo ever buys the Altima I traded for my Versa will get a Killer Bees CD at no cost. THey're a Wu Tang Project.

Same thing happened to me. Lost a good Jethro Tull CD after a car accident. The stereo was crushed by the engine. I miss that CD.

Is it weird that I'm more worried about losing my CD cases in my care more than being hurt if I'm ever in a major accident?

Honestly bro if you want the disc I would just buy another on Amazon.com or iTunes

Otherwise you need is to get power to the unit and eject the disc... you can do it this way if you don't have a harness adapter by splicing into the power line then to connect hot wire or battery and ground it eject the disc

In other words, don't worry about it unless you have time to waste on salvaging a CD.
