You can't just ask what wire is what. There is a lot more to it than that. What year 240sx do you have? Is the factory wiring harness still intact? If so, do you have an adaptor harness to install it with. There are some online resources that list the wire colors for most models, but I don't remember it off hand. Go to a stereo shop and ask them to look it up, if they're cool they will no charge.
Also.. most 240's have an active speaker system. Meaning, that they have seperate amps for all of the speakers. Newer models (s14) have one amp. If you don't have the remote power switch hooked up, you won't have any sound.
Your best bet is to rewire all 4 speakers, and use the factory power, memory, and ground wires. You will also need the antenna adaptor. Using the factory amps with an aftermarket deck leads to future prolems... and will definately blow your factory speakers in a short time if you play it loud.
