CD Changer from a Q to a J ??

Does any one know if the Alpne CHM S630 Cd changer from a Q45 will work ina J30T with a CN513 Bose head?

didnt know alpine made a changer for the Q, i thought only sony and clarion did.....

I odnt thikn the j was hardwired for a CD changer since they came with a (crappy) in dash CD headunit.

My freind gave me the changer he said it came out of his Q I just found the harness behind the rh trunk hinge cover it is a six pin female din the alpine is an 8 pin So I guess I answered my own question
