CD Changer - 1999 QX4

Is it possible to replace factory CD Changer (under the Passenger seat) of 1999 QX4 with the AUX or Bluetooth – may be some kind of Adaptor?

I did a little looking, and didn't see anything that jumped out at me... at some point there's got to be a way to do this though. It's just a line level input...

You might try http://www.crutchfield.com or a local car stereo shop to see if they have anything available.
