Are the ccfl projector headlights on eBay worth it? And if they are should I be getting them from eBay or other site. And are they bright in the night??

CCFL are fragile as heck and the ballast WILL burn out sooner than later. I would go with the LEDs over CCFL. More durable and has a longer life and is WAY brighter than CCFL. Trust me...I don't deal with CCFL unless I have to..which is rarely...

In which state do you live? Just curious, but many(most?) states do not legally permit *any* blue illumination on the front of a car (not sure about rear/tail illumination). In a number of states, some LEOs will even stop you if your headlamps are too blue (think 8000K). Some even restrict the colours you can have shining out of the wheel wells or undercarriage lighting (and the lamps of those cannot be visible from the POV of other motorists in some states).

If you're not the least bit concerned re: potential citations LEOs may issue you, or the associated fines/time spent in court, then disregard the above.
