This is the guy who emailed me re my outdated FS ad on my 92 Q. I told him I was not interested in selling, and he came back and said tell him what I would take! Well, believing that there is one born every minute, I told him $25K cash! He came back and said, OK, but, we are cutting a $30K check to you, but must have your $5K check before in order to consumate the deal! Sure, Abi, and the turnip truck just pulled out!

I had one of those for some used tires on craigslist, sent me a check for far over the amount, bank verified it was not a valid account, I warned the sender of the situation, he sent another check, another email address and an physical address about where to send my balance check.

Bank has it all in their fraud unit, which I am sure is shared with the Feds.
