My wife's CEL just came on and the code she pulled says the car is running lean.

I know, I know, it's not an Infiniti, but this is where I share my knowledge and also look for information. Hopefully somebody can shed some light on this for me.

o2 sensor can be the cause, but usually it has it's own code.

Don't know about a Toyota, but the IACV or EGR, those could both be a cause.

Could also be a vacuum leak related to the intake manifold. Too much air, too little fuel.

Ok. Thanks for the input. I'll have to go check it out. I was thinking o2 sensors, but like Noah pointed out, they usually have their own code. Could also be the fuel pump or injectors, though I kind of doubt it.

I'll go mess around with her intake system and see if anything is out of whack.
