well, I got the final judgement from the residence hall director, and here it is: (if you're too lazy to read the whole thing, check out the bold bit..)
Dear Foster,
As you are aware, I received allegations that you violated the Boston University Code of Student Responsibilities. The alleged incedent in question occured on February 8, 2003, at 9:50 p.m., at 1110 Commonwealth Avenue in room 702, and involved alochol.
As a result of my investigation of these allegations, I am writing to inform you that this matter has been closed and that no charges or allegations against you are under review by this office. No entries concerning this matter have been made in your official file.

ha ha that's funny. I have learned pretty much nothing from the whole event except not to get caught. heh. next time we drink (this weekend) it'll he hard liquor, and we'll hide the bottles well enough so that we dont have to worry. not drink?! ha ha!

I think it's dumb how Universities try to prohibit liquor....Mine is trying to do the same thing, and all it does is encourage more drinking. Now students are getting loaded like crazy, even more than last year, just to spite the rule.
