Catch can setup

In one of my other threads someone posted info on all the stuff you can remove on the intake manifold, and one of the things was pipe with the 4 hoses going to the intake manifold for the pcv.

I was wondering if I could leave it and run a catch can like this:

Leave the pipe and 4 vac hoses attached to the manifold, but cap off that one lead on the pipe that goes to the seperator where the pcv is. Now it makes it so the pcv isn't dependant on the manifold, and I can "T" the pcv and valve cover to the can, and then run the other side of the can to the intake.

Will this work? For ka24e btw
