Cat-Back for My 04 Maxima V6 3.5L

I've been looking at exhausts, and i like the sound of a cat-back, but not the price. Does anybody have a cheap non brand on their car? I want to know if I'd be wasting my money or if it's worth it?

I run a Modified Concepts cat back on mine. Love it. It's a teeny bit droney but nothing a small adjustment of volume can't handle. You can get it for about $200 or so on eBay.

Thanks a ton MaximA32! I can't believe that's your car! I've seen it on youtube a couple times since I've been researching! Sounds great, and from the pics it looks like I've been checking out the same one you have! How's the build quality that's the last thing I'm concerned about, that i haven't found out yet.

The welds are quality but if you're in a salt state, I would definitely hit it with some high temp paint to help deter any type of rusting. Maybe paint it with some Por 15 so keep it from rusting. Not sure if they make a high temp mixture.

What do you mean by salt state? And where could I get that paint?

Do you live where it snows and if yes, do they put salt on the roads?

That's what I thought, and sadly yes. I live in PA where they kill the road with salt.
