Some one told me that the most hp gains you could get from a cat back was about 15hp and that a true dual will give you about the same. Is that true? If it is why spend the extra money on a true dual when you can get a cat back cheaper and get the hp gains? I am no car buff, but I do know a little bit. I am not looking to rebuild my car or add major like TT's or SC, just a few mods like CAI, exhaust, and maybe a cam swap and projammer/chip. Thanks in advance to all that reply.

Texas brother. On a real dyno you will only get a FEW hp gain at best with an after market exhaust over oem. Dont let the after market gurus fool you. What you ARE gettting though is a fine piece of jewlery and a sound machine. I went with the Stillen true dual on my 07 and well worth it. Fit and finish and that baby Ferrari sound is awesome. Its worth the 1200.00. Their intake system really compliments the package too.

A cat back will probably only get you 5-10 hp, but a true dual exhaust will get you 10+hp.
