That's basically my main question. I see alot of things for sale here as well as on the net but they all apply to S13 chassis. I saw one thread for a boost controller but it had the S13 wiring so what would I have to do for those kinda things to make it work in my S14? And BTW, does anyone on here have a CA in an S14? I guess I just need to know the differences I'll be facing and how rare is what I drive? I may just have my motors in the wrong cars seeing as I have an SR in my S13.

The only CA'ed S14 I have ever seen is the one you bought.

It's definitely not as common as a s13 swap, but there's got to be a few more of 'em out there. I would imagine that for boost controller wiring questions etc. everything would be the same for the s14 regardless of the engine. If you want uniqueness, try putting a CA in an old MG .

everything should be the same as for a redtop sr in a s14, and there are plenty of those around. minor differences thats all.

i put one in mine, theres a really good s13 sr to s14 swap guide that I used and everything was pretty simple. Im using a ka24 transmission with a ca20 bellhousing. this picture is from when I first put it in so everything is still stock in the picture.

I will go right now and register.. There are things I wanna do to my car and just wanna do all the researching I can so i don't make the mistakes I did on my SR project. I really love the CA and also really love being different, at least in my neck of the woods.. i'll try to post some pics here soon even though its dark out so you can see how it looks in the S14 with FMIC and battery relocation..

So do you have heat and air also? I need the CA compressor and lines so I can get it into my car. Its a ***** not having heat in the winter and holes in the firewall where the equipment is supposed to go.

Oh, that sucks. I have working heat, but I traded my compressor for exhaust parts and gave the rest of my system to a buddy. Who is now selling it. Bastard.

well maybe if I could just get heat going for now, and then power window switches for the summer I would be ok.. But I can just imagine how much of a ***** it's gonna be to install that with the motor in.. *sigh* oh well...
