CAS control fuel and spark????

My SR seems to have spark but i am not getting any injector pulse..........I am wanting to know if there is any way that my CAS can be bad but im still getting spark???? I have checked to see if i have injector pulse using a noid light on the connectors.... and have also pulled my fuel rail and turned engine over and injectors are not firing, have fuel pressure at the rail though....

Any help would be appreciated as i am trying to figure this out before i dive into the wiring hack job that was done on this car and or replacing my ECU....
