Ok so whose used carsponsors.com and whats the deal.. get anything? experience? waste of time/money?

My friend has his car sponsored by them. He got some stuff from them but had to promote the company at shows in order to get stuff. The places that you can get stuff from is somewhat limited however, most of it did not fit or it broke after minimal use (could have been his fault though lol). He ended up dropping the sponsorship due to their lack of communication and support. You still might want to look into it, could work out better for you!

It's $90 bucks to sign up.

They also don't refund you, if you total your car.

So you basically get screwed out of $90. And the gas to get to a Show. Then the parts they send.

So, your choice

Your better off doing your own mods to your car and go to a few shows on your own then get an actual sponsorship with an impressive resume

I looked into that stuff and youd be paying alot more than what its worth. I thought it was 140.00 or so to sign up plus your own time and labor to install parts or the $$$ you fork out to have it installed.
