im in the middle of an rb20 swap and i was trying to hook up my boost ,a/f gauge and my turbo timer when i ran into some problems. when i turn on the headlights the gauge cluster wont come on and the raido shuts off but when i turn off the headlights the radio comes back on. then i went to unplug the radio and the windsheld wipers start up. and heres the fun part when i turn the h/l on the tach goes up to 2k rpms. wtf is going on???????????

oh and im doing an auto to manual swap at the same time

Check fuses first. Crazy things can happen when a fuse goes out.

Had you actually gotten so far as hooking anything up yet or....?

ive gotten most if not all of the rb harness hooked up. i need the ignitor and it will be done. and the turbo timer but idk were to wire the boost gauge to and idk which wire to wire the a/f gauge to. 3 wire 02 sensor. thats about it. ill check in the moring.anyother ideas????

are you stealing power from the radio supply? I had some probs. with my efan and a/f gauge when ran off the radio supply. Simple fix all I did was put a 10amp higher fuse. But that was my case.
