Fire...... Almost sure that the brake master caught fire and then it was over from there when it melted the oil feed line. Notice how the clutch master is gone. Only thing left of the BOV is the spring.

so we need to know, how did all this happen? i carry a halon fire extinguisher in my car for this reason.

thats not one of those girly fires either. i say if you are going to do something, do it right. this includes burning cars to the ground. you sir, have done me proud.

on a positive note, it looks like your wheels are ready to rock.

Thats really freaking sad. Glad to hear your friend is alright.

Isnt it true though that if you keep the fire extinguisher in your car for over a year, it goes bad, and it doesnt even work?

Do you see a head shield anywhere around that turbo?

Do you think you could have fit your thumb inbetween the down pipe and the brake master cylinder?

That's what happened

Oil fires are not easy to put out, and they burn very long and hot too.

Car has been running over a year with this junkyard ka-t set-up. Afew saw it last year up in ATL at NOPI Nationals. His biggest heartbreaker was that he was going to have a 240 anymore... Well with a name like mine I took care of that issue. $500 later he is in a 92 auto hatch. Already swapped rims exhaust. Put NGK plugs on it. And gettting a brake overhaul tomorrow. Next week it under goes the rattle can paintjob to match the color of his old one.
