Cars always wants to die when i start moving Help plz

OK here is my problem. I did a engine swap in my 1992 240sx. I bought a engine from a guy who took the engine out of a another 240sx that was wrecked. He had it setting at his shop for about 6 months or so. He said it came out of a good running car(cant really belive what people say, but i couldn't pass up the deal for 100 bucks). I took out my blown motor in my car and swap in the new one i had bought. Everything went fine untill i tryed to start the car up. I was having some fuel problems but i replaced everything with the fuel from injectors to the filter and pump. So what my car is doing is it well start right up and idle fine but as soon as i give it a little gas it boggels down and well try to die. But when i give it alot more gas it well go. I just dont know what the problem could be. I was told that it could be my MAF sensor so i changed that and its still doing the same thing. And now i dont know what diction i should go to try and fix this problem im having. I was told by a auto tech that it was running rich.

I'd recheck your wiring dude... specifically the throttle sensor and air/fuel sensor.

Ok so i took out my book to make sure everything was right and it was i even took them off and re put them on. Still had the same problem
