i am interested in some new connecting rods for my KA. i went on ebay and this is what i found:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

they are carrillo connecting rods. the problem is i see that the CENTER-CENTER length of these rods are 6.748 inches, not the stock 6.495 inch lenth as a OEM connecting rod. if i paired the carrillo rod up with my wiseco 9:1 .020 over pistons, what would be the problem? would it raise my compression or lower it? what would i need to do in order to make it fit and keep the 9:1 compression? I need an answer ASAP b4 the auction ends!!!

You would have to have custom pistons made to fit the pistons. The only company that I ever knew of that kept pistons instock for these rods was Jim Wolf. He no long even has any. You might be able to give them a call to get part number from them to have them custom made for you by Arias. JWT's pistons were subcontracted out to Arias but you have to have the part number for Arias to acknowledge "I think". I know they made them for Jim Wolf though.
