Loving my new Versa so far. I wanted to get the cargo cover for the back, and the salesman threw it in and said it had to be ordered for me.

I've been searching the internet and it looks like they don't make it anymore? Is that true? I have not been able to find it anywhere, even at places that specialize in Nissan parts.

Does anyone have a specific part number for the Cargo cover? Is it still being made?

I assume you mean the hatchback cover?

REAR CARGO COVER All Hatchback Only Black 79910-EM00A Black Interior Retail $199.45 Beige 79910-EM00B Beige Interior Retail $199.45

Try contacting a couple of our sponsors in the "Sponsor Spotlight" thread in the general section. They should be able to help you out for a good price. Just remind them you're from NissanVersa.org / Nicoclub.

Thanks!

Actually, the dealer owes it to me as part of the deal of buying the car, but I have a feeling they are gonna come back and say they can't get it. I need to be able to call them BS on it, just in case.

I wonder why its not included anymore w/ the Versa?

When I bought mine, it just came w/ the car. You didn't have to negotiate to get it thrown in or pay extra for it. That is definitely odd.

It became a dealer option for 2010. 2009's were the last year where they were included.

Really! Wow that sucks. Just like the Fit's now, eh!?

I removed mine before Christmas because I like it better w/out. I find it opens up the cargo area and makes it bigger... It's been sitting in my room for months !

However, I have something planned w/ it ... just waiting for spring!

Hit your dealer up for one, the part numbers are above.

If not, check out some of our sponsor sites and see what they can do for you. Just remind them you're from NICOclub and/or NissanVersa.org.

If it became a dealer option for 2010 it wasn't offered in a package to us at purchase as an upgrade. Also, the owner's manual lists it still as included, complete with removal instructions. The web also lists it in it interior line-up.What's really going on? Anything that can be removed is now being charged for? What's next, sun-visors? Glove boxes? It was bad enough when they started charging for floor mats. Geez people? We (the people) have become the floormats.I wish everyone could (for two years) hold onto the cars they have and not buy any cars. Shut the stingy B**stards down unrtil they realize we the people are the customers. I guess we'll just remain floormats though.

Unfortunately that is how it is now I guess for the '10 models.

People who buy a FIT have to pay extra for it, it's not automatically included. Luckily I have an 08, and it was included in the car

And my floormats were not extra either, came with my V.

I found this forum while looking for a cargo cover also . . . picked up my 2010 Versa SL red alert hatchback yesterday.

After finding the part numbers in this thread, I googled and found this site:\

http://www.nissanvillageparts....27220

$100 . . . I should have it next week!

Came in today. Looks and fits good! I'm glad I only paid $100 for it . . . $200 is a bit much for some fabric coated plastic with a little velcro and string.

CodeRed has one for sale. I was going to buy it until I ran out of funds. Just going to wait to get the windows tinted instead.

Got mine this week, just in time for the warmer weather, so nothing has to be roasting in the sun.

It's all plastic. Works nicely.

I am definitely interested in a black (not beige) cargo cover! I live in the NY area--could you send it here (for a cost of course)?
