Cargo carrier and weight limit on qx56 2013

1. The owners manual indicates that the max roof load is 200lbs. The sticker on the factory installed cross bars have a limit of 100lbs.Most of the L cargo carriers are already 50lbs, anyone have any ideas if the limit is restricted only on the factory installed cross bars as opposed to the whole vehicle (I assume due to vehicle stability issues)?

2. Does anyone know if the Thule Sonic XL cargo carrier interfere with the car hatch?
