Is it a bad thing when i have 13 issues dealing with my car on carfax?

Can you explain with any more clarity than that? If you mean, "Is it a bad thing when Carfax shows 13 issues my car has?" then, yes.

well it depends on what the issues are. they could just be title changes, or dmv recods of echeck. and getting e-checked every 2 years and when the title changes. it all depends on what they are.

You have to get the actual full carfax record, not their free bs check.
