More $ to put toward fixing it. I wonder from the report why it would have had ongoing problems with failing smog tests?

I'm trying to find a mobile mechanic who can diagnose the actual problem with my car and then go form there on swapping out the motor or replacing the head.........
As always, any of y'alls knowledgeable input would be greatly appreciated.
