I am not aware of any, however maybe if you have a metal one you could have one made for you. There are a lot of companies that make carbon fiber tubes of various sizes, just not aware if they make one of that size, although I am sure someone does.
My experience with the smaller tubes is that they can be a little fragile in the way of impacts. You may go down to your local kite shop and take a look at the larger samples they have and see what the company is that makes them. From there you may be able to contact them and see what they actually have. Most I have seen are made by the same companies that make cf arrows only available in larger diameters as well.
Here is one company:

Be carefull when working with this as the edges can be very sharp and if you splinter one can be very dangerous. Typically they will glue together well with super glue and and heating will allow you to take them apart. I think normal engine temps should be fine short of a fire.
If you cut one at home extruded will cut better than wrapped but wrapped is stronger from my experience. If you need to cut a wrapped tube make sure you sleeve the end for a distance from the cut to keep the wraps intact. Since one reason for going with the carbon fiber is looks the wrapped tubes will tend to look better.
Hold on to your checkbook as this could get addicting.
