spoiler?... you drive a sentra right? do ya really need that downforce? Kinda defeats the purpose of getting a carbon fiber trunk eh?

I'm thinkin about a hood though... That stocker is hella heavy! Id just have to get it painted ^_^

If you get a CF trunk and want a spoiler (I agree on the downforce comment), get one that's pre-drilled. You don't want to mess with CF. It can be cut, but you have to be careful.

VIS makes decent stuff.

Make sure you get hood pins so you don't have the hood fly up on the highway.

Yeah Carbon Fiber can crack Nasty if not done right and no you really really reeeally dont need a Spoiler on top of the CF trunk unless its a stocker.

agreed I love my vis carbon hood excellent quality and i have no hood pins never had a problem with it and have been over 130mph with it. I think a carbon hood, some crystal eye tail lights, carbon fuel door, and carbon b pillars is a much better use of your money then again im not a fan of carbon truck

You have been lucky. I've heard of CF hoods flying up in the 50s and 60s. Get some hood pins before your luck ends and somebody gets hurt. I don't like the look of pins, but the safety issue is far more important.

yea, I wanted to get one, but with the experiences some friends had with their hoods, I might just go aluminum.

I ran my CF hood without pins for the past two years, no problems but I just installed some anyway about 2 months ago. I drilled it, and so far so good. I would like a trunk, but I want to paint it except between the tailights, similar to the Mach 1 from Ford. Think it would look good?
